[MIP-B48: Add MAMO Market to Moonwell on Base](https://moonwell.fi/governance/proposal/moonbeam?id=202) Vote: Aye Rationale: The risk settings are conservative enough to protect the protocol and there are hard caps limiting exposure. The thin liquidity is actually why we need this market as adding MAMO to Moonwell creates more places to use it, which naturally improves liquidity.
