# [Gauntlet] - Cap Recommendations (2025-05-05)

Gauntlet will use Cap Guardian to adjust the Supply and Borrow Cap for the below assets:

## Liquidity

Excluding recursive or looping positions, the largest non-looping WETH supplier positions combined contribute less than $1 million in WETH supply. Given the current state of market liquidity, there is sufficient depth to support an increase in the supply cap without introducing significant concentration or risk.
