**Summary** : Submitted onchain on Wednesday, MIP-E00 sought to approve the initial launch parameters for Moonwell on Ethereum Mainnet. Following execution, Moonwell is expected to deploy its lending protocol to Ethereum, with initial lending and borrowing markets for WETH, USDC, USDT, and cbBTC. The deployment also included Chainlink oracle configuration, Ethereum market risk parameters, and the governance infrastructure needed for Moonwell Governance to manage the deployment from its existing governance hub.

- **OP Mainnet** : USDT supply and borrows are down 61% and 65%, respectively. There was ~$6.4K in liquidations across 1 event.

**Summary** : Anthias also outlined targeted actions to address Moonwell’s outstanding bad debt on Base while continuing remediation efforts for users affected by the cbETH incident. They proposed two key initiatives: (1) using protocol reserves to repay $550K of bad debt from addresses with zero collateral, and (2) withdrawing 1.45 cbBTC from the reserves and swapping it to WETH in preparation for distribution to users affected by the cbETH incident. This swap, along with the ~10 ETH already recovered from law enforcement, will be distributed in a future round once the final WETH amount is confirmed after the swap.
