Polkadex is a decentralized exchange (DEX) on Polkadot which aims to give users the ease of use like a centralized exchange (CEX)whilst allowing the user to always maintain control of their funds. Unlike other DEX on Polkadot, Polkadex uses an orderbook instead of an AMM which eliminates slippage, supports high frequency trading and trading bots and will support cross chain transfers.
Polkadex is currently on a mission to list trading pairs from the Polkadot ecosystem, with a focus to branch out to the Ethereum ecosystem later on in the year. Moonbeam is already trading on Polkadex, and we would like to add Moonwell (glmr version) to the orderbook. The trading pair would be WELL/USDT and requires no listing fees as required by centralized exchanges. Moonwell would just need to provide a small amount of WELL tokens for market making purposes which can be controlled by the moonwell team/moonwell community/moonwell market maker.

This proposal will benefit Moonwell as it will increase trading volumes and exposure to the WELL token whilst giving users the ability to purchase the token in a decentralized manner.
