Gauntlet is recommending parameters adjustments for borrow caps. Our simulation models estimate VaR at $0 and LAR at $1.46M. All assets’ collateral factors are effectively balancing risk and capital efficiency.
After analyzing the liquidity on the Moonriver chain, Gauntlet recommends adding borrow caps to the assets listed in the table below. Borrow caps help to protect protocols against price manipulation attacks and liquidity risk. We will continue to monitor the caps and adjust them according to market liquidity and usage.
