Restructuring of Moonwell / Mamo platform Customer Support

In addition to the basic discord ticket support availability. ( there seems to be a large amount of people that just refuse to make a discord , and or they are not savy enough to understand it and this can cause more issues than good )

We should add a dedicated person(s) for an email support option

Mamo@support.*** ( example )

Along with this we should have a

IN site & IN App customer support chat option. This feature can be provided by a third party and it would benefit the platform in multiple ways

● it looks more professional & is easier to use for less tech savy users ( which is alot of whats being chased with the whole bring billions to base chain ) we are absorbing alot of new comers to crypto and its very easy for them to get scammed attempting to seek support in areas such as telegram and discord.
