Base in a few short days has almost as much TVL as Moonbeam, which is a dead chain and not suitable for a long term home for a successful project and token.
Base will be vastly more successful and should be easier for those who are not so savvy navigating the blockchain to access directly from Coinbase.
For this reason to facilitate the larger user base we should move the WELL token and governance to Base chain as it is one less barrier to entry for those who are not so technically capable.
