Having issues voting for the first time

Hello,

I’m not sure if this is the appropriate way to ask this, but I’m looking to get assistance with voting for the first time. I have 80k well tokens staked and on the most recent snapshot proposal it notes I also have 80k of voting power. However, when i go to sign after selecting my decision and i get an error telling me try again later. Is there something im doing wrong or am missing?

I apologize if this is the wrong place to be asking this, and im sure if its really an issue this post will get taken down. I did email support and still havent heard back. I also tried using the telegram link to get in contact with someone and that link didnt work for me. I’d appreciate any guidance I can get on this matter. Thank you.
