Today Gauntlet is releasing the website linked above, which is the first step in getting paid for affected users. The site above allows users to confirm that the amount we calculated is correct and to sign a release of claims. You do not need to submit any personal information to sign this release.
Please see the link below and follow the instructions listed both here and on the website.
For Affected Users
Step 1: Go to the website at https://moonwell-release.gauntlet.network/
Step 2: Connect Wallet on the website
Step 3: Click the “Sign-In with Ethereum” button
Step 4: Click the “Sign Release” button
Step 5: Sign message with your wallet
Step 6: You will receive 70% of the payment within 3-5 business days on Moonriver in USDC.multi, the remaining 30% will be submitted in a subsequent Moonwell Apollo Governance Proposal. More details on the governance payments to come.
If you are wondering how these numbers were calculated, we’ve posted all of the final numbers in the Impacted Users thread as well as added an Explanation of our Methodology.

Status of Payments
Below is Gauntlet’s updated progress on sending payments to affected users, as a reminder, this will cover 70% of the total amount, while the remaining 30% will come via governance proposal from the Moonwell reserves. This governance proposal will be posted asap. We will continue to provide updates to the community as much as possible.

To give the remaining users a sufficient amount of time to verify their address and receive a payment, we will keep the above website open for 90 days. After the 90 day period, Gauntlet will not be sending out any remaining payments.
