MIP-X71: Anthias Labs Risk Parameter Recommendations (10/15/26) and Pause Guardian Migration
We voted For: The MORPHO change is the substantive piece, since about $265,000 of the market’s roughly $291,000 of borrows now sits in five insolvent accounts, so moving it to the same flat 1% model and 99% reserve factor already used on cbBTC cuts its bad-debt accrual from about $4,927 to about $209 a month on Anthias’s estimate. The collateral factor steps continue the gradual wind-down on Base (WELL to 35%, VIRTUAL to 50%, wrsETH to 35%, AERO to 58% ahead of the Aero token migration) and on OP Mainnet (VELO to 50%, OP to 55%, wrsETH to 20%), newly exposing only three accounts with about $119 of debt, and moving the pause guardian on both chains and the MetaMorpho vault guardians to the F-ETH-SEC 2 of 4 Safe brings them in line with what Ethereum already uses. We decoded both cross-chain payloads and each call matches the description, and the AERO supply cap Anthias also asked for is already at 1 wei, set outside this vote.
MIP-X72: OEV Oracle Wrapper Update
We voted For: This closes a gap where one small liquidation paying for early access to a fresh Chainlink price could leave that price open to unrelated liquidations for the rest of the delay window, letting them skip the OEV fee the protocol is meant to collect, by limiting the unlock to the liquidation that paid for it. The cost is that a position needing a second OEV-wrapped feed to be fresh waits out that feed’s delay, capped at 10 seconds per feed, which is a fair trade, and the Base move off the SVR proxies is price neutral, since we checked that each SVR proxy and its standard counterpart read the same aggregator and return the same answer. The payloads match the description, with 4 feed updates on Ethereum, 21 on Base plus the 3 Morpho wrapper upgrades, and 8 on OP Mainnet.
