MIP-B56: Transfer Risk Curatorship for Moonwell Vaults (Base) to Anthias Labs
We voted For : In favor of transferring curatorship over to Anthias Labs as they have done a great job so far.
MIP-X41 Automated Liquidity Incentive Proposal
We voted For : Continued support of incentive proposals pending no dissent.
MIP-X42: Anthias Labs Monthly Recommendations (02/2026)
We voted For : Continued support of Anthiasâ monthly recommendations pending no dissent.
MIP-X43: Activate OEV Wrappers for Non-Composite Markets
We voted For: Makes sense to activate Chainlink OEV Wrapper contracts around remaining markets.
MIP-B57: Revert cbETH Market Oracle on Base
We voted For: In line with prior votes, reverting this market oracle makes sense.
MIP-X44 Automated Liquidity Incentive Proposal
We voted For : Continued support of incentive proposals pending no dissent.
MIP-X45: stkWELL Contract Upgrades
We voted For: in favor of this update on contracts across Moonbeam, Base, and Optimism to remove faulty logic and improve snapshot correctness on Moonbeam.
MIP-B58: MFAM Onboarding and cbETH Incident Restitution
We voted For: The restitution for those affected is logical and reasonable. We are also in favor of onboarding these specific members.
MIP-X46: Anthias Labs Monthly Recommendations (3/2026)
We voted For : Continued support of Anthiasâ monthly recommendations pending no dissent.
MIP-B59: Add VVV Market to Moonwell on Base

MIP-X47 Automated Liquidity Incentive Proposal
We voted For : Continued support of incentive proposals pending no dissent.
MIP-X48: Upgrade Governance Vote Collection to Remove Wormhole Dependency
We voted For: This switch makes sense in order maintain uninterrupted cross-chain functionality for xWELL and governance as Wormhole sunsets the Standard Relayer.
MIP-X49: Fix Wormhole Post-V3 Audit Findings
We voted For: Makes a lot of sense on these points to implement.
MIP-X50: Anthias Labs Monthly Recommendations (4/2026)
We voted For: Continued support of Anthiasâ monthly recommendations pending no dissent.
MIP-X51: Upgrade xWELL WormholeBridgeAdapter to Wormhole Executor framework
We voted For: Follows similar line of reasoning as prior votes and decisions on this topic.
MIP-X53: Update xWELL Wormhole Executor Quoter Configuration

MIP-X54: Anthias Labs Monthly Recommendations (5/2026)
We voted For: Continued support of Anthiasâ monthly recommendations pending no dissent.
MIP-X55: Recognizing WELL on Ethereum
We voted For: No complaints around connecting xWELL to the current bridge system. Bridging between ethereum and other connected chains is a net plus for the ecosystem.
MIP-X56: Improve OEV Fee-Split Accuracy
We voted For: Pure precision fix that closes a policy drift risk before it materializes. The 70/30 split is already the right call, so making sure it actually executes that way is uncontroversial maintenance. Worth doing now while stakes are low.
MIP-X57 Automated Liquidity Incentive Proposal
We voted For: Continued support of incentive proposals pending no dissent.
MIP-X58: Moonwell Governance on Ethereum
We voted For: In favor of the switch over moonbeam governance over to Ethereum. The benefits of moonbeam are quite limited at this stage.
MIP-E00: Moonwell Ethereum Launch Parameters
We voted For: In line with our prior support of the vote to start Moonwell governance on Ethereum
MIP-E01: Moonwell WETH Market Improvement
We voted For: Pure UX improvement that ports the audited MIP-B02 design from Base, routing mWETH redemptions and borrows through a minimal WethUnwrapper so users receive raw ETH directly rather than having to manually unwrap. Same contracts are already running on Base, so the additional risk surface is minimal. Sensible to land while the Ethereum deployment is still in its early integration window.
MIP-X59 Automated Liquidity Incentive Proposal
We voted For: Continued support of incentive proposals pending no dissent.
MIP-X60: Anthias Labs Monthly Recommendations & Reserve Recommendations (6/2026)
We voted For: Continued support of Anthiasâ monthly recommendations pending no dissent. The reserve funded $538K bad debt repayment and the cbBTC to WETH swap that advances cbETH remediation toward the next distribution round are both sensible uses of reserves.
MIP-X61: Anthias Labs Reserve Recommendations 6/25/26
We voted For: Continued support of Anthiasâ reserve recommendations pending no dissent. The recommendations track Moonwellâs outstanding bad debt and reserve coverage across the Base markets and stay within the routine reserve-management cadence we have backed in prior months.
We voted For: Consistent with our prior support for winding Moonwellâs Moonbeam deployment down, pausing new supply and borrow on the low-activity Moonbeam markets and withdrawing the safe portion of reserves toward the outstanding GLMR bad debt is an orderly way to close it out. Keeping GLMR pause-only while its borrows still exceed reserves, and leaving the Base, Optimism, and Ethereum markets untouched, is the right scoping.
