When I try to claim my staked WELL I get the message, “Claims are currently paused, please check the governance forum for more information.” Is this something that is currently happening to everyone trying to claim their staked rewards or just to me? I saw a post from Luke Youngblood on X that something was going on and would be fixed on Tuesday afternoon but haven’t heard more and came here because of the message I got to “check the governance forum” but don’t see any discussions about that here.

The rewards mechanism was miscalculated. Claiming has been paused. They are working on it. Should get some clarification in a few days.

Before the miscalculation, when I try to claim my rewards the transaction keeps failing. I started staking just over 3 weeks ago and voted on the MIP-28 proposal.
Can anyone let me know why the transaction keeps failing? Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can claim rewards? This is my first time attempting to claim rewards.

Hi. For about 5 days before the current message that the ability to claim staking rewards has been paused, I started getting the message “this transaction is likely to fail” when trying to claim my staked rewards and couldn’t claim. That’s the issue that was supposed to be fixed by Tuesday afternoon but now there is a different issue and apparently all claims are paused until it is fixed.

Is anyone else seeing that their staking rewards are no longer accumulating? I know their is an error with claiming, but is there also one with earning rewards? Is there an email or support site I can reach out to?
Yes I believe everyone is frozen but once everything is straightened out by the MoonWell team then whatever staked coins everyone is missing will be calculated and added to everyone’s accounts. That’s what I was told.
