One onchain proposal went up for a vote this week.
Proposals
MIP-R40
Summary: As part of the Moonriver wind-down process, this proposal sought to withdraw the safe portion of protocol reserves from selected Moonwell markets on Moonriver and transfer the withdrawn tokens to the Foundation-designated wallet. It excluded xcKSM (due to a shortfall) and MOVR (due to a native-asset limitation).
