Summary: Submitted onchain on Thursday, this proposal sought to temporarily extend the unstaking cooldown period for Moonwell’s Safety Module (stkWELL) on Base from 7 days to 30 days. It also sought to update the pause Guardian on Base to the new security council multisig to match mainnet Ethereum. It did not pass its voting period.
