Background and Qualifications:
FranklinDAO is a student-run DAO composing of students at the University of Pennsylvania, and is one of the most active blockchain university orgs in the world. We have made major contributions throughout the years in Uniswap, Compound, Arbitrum, Aave through working groups and spearheading proposals. Our team members have research, investing, and engineering experience in firms like Chainlink, Messari, and Galaxy among others. We’re excited to participate in Moonwell, help with new initiatives, and work with other delegates!

- Transparency - We aim to ensure transparency of the protocol and about our decision-making process. FranklinDAO is always open to answering questions related to our votes on proposals - we are committed to acting independently without external influence from third-parties.
- Inclusivity - Forging the best ideas requires diversity, fairness, and education , and we will strive to encourage these.
