Goals
To support the Moonwell Finance community during this crucial time by providing organic, educational, and engaging deliverables that complement existing internal and external Marketing strategies fostering growth and community participation.
Proposal
Strategic Initiatives covering:
● An Educational Moonwell Finance Onboarding Program: Proven track record for general community growth and retention. A community onboarding program teaching about the Moonwell Finance Ecosystem, the unique DeFi features it offers compared to its competitors, the problem their simple implementation of DeFi tackles in the complex ecosystems compared to its competitors
● Write 1 PR article: Provide a strategic article that highlights Moonwell Finance’s current unique selling point, the ability to retain full custody over your assets, the easy UI compared to other complex ecosystems, the heavy implementation of security, and their high transparency
● 1 Execution Plan for Educational Co-Marketing Activities: Lay out a plan for Co-Marketing efforts with Moonwell Finance partners via X (Twitter) which fosters an environment of continuous learning and engagement.
● Support in Content Creation and Sharing in Relevant Communities.
● Find the right KOLs for Moonwell Finance so that the marketing campaign is not based on singular services but is a full-fledged marketing campaign crossing several platforms.
Implementation Timeline of Deliverables
The proposal is based on a 4-week timeframe in close collaboration with Moonwell Finance and individual community members to seamlessly align with Moonwell Finance’s goals.
Initial Phase (Weeks 0-1):
● Preliminary research on growth strategies regarding the current created users of Moonwell Finance under the Moonwell Finance community and across several media forum
● Create 1 Educational Moonwell Finance Onboarding Program to welcome new members
● Organically create several forum threads related to Moonwell Finance
● Organically comment/recommend Moonwell Finance in threads regarding DeFi protocols and threads regarding competitors
