Iām building Agaemon, an open-core control layer for AI-assisted onchain execution review.
Not autonomous execution. The focus is narrower: agents can prepare a proposal/call package, but policy gates, verifier evidence, and human operator review happen before anything is submitted.
Moonwell seems like a strong fit because Base market parameter updates and asset-listing workflows already require careful risk review, calldata/proposal prep, and governance visibility.
Would it be useful if I prepared a small Base Sepolia proof walkthrough around one example workflow, e.g. a risk parameter update preflight?
Goal: Intent ā Policy ā Account ā Evidence, before execution.
